Struggling to See

Consistent Results with Your Clients?

Ever feel like you're giving it your all, trying to get those consistent, jaw-dropping results for your clients, but it’s just not happening?

I know the struggle is real…You’re pouring your heart and soul into each session, yet somehow, your clients aren’t seeing the improvements they deserve.   It’s frustrating, right?

You want them to leave your class feeling stronger, more connected, and thrilled with their progress…   But instead, you’re left scratching your head, wondering what’s missing.

Let me tell you,

you are still stuck on outdated pelvic floor techniques!

If you’re still relying on the old squeeze-and-hold tactics, you’re doing a disservice to your clients.

Let’s be real… these outdated methods are like trying to solve a modern problem with a stone-age tool.

What if I told you there’s a smarter, evidence-based approach that not only makes sense but actually works?

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Just in case I missed things above, here are a few of the key questions I get asked about the program.

What equipment do I need?

All you need is a pilates mat, a small towel (we use a towel for some of the exercises) and a chair.

Where do I take the course from?

This is a virtual program, all of the sessions are available in a members' area for you to access. Most people will do this from their home, in any room where they have enough space to roll out their mat.

How much space do I need?

You just need enough room for you, your mat, and your computer/laptop/tablet/phone (however you will join the sessions).

What if I can’t join live — will I miss out?

Not at all. Every session is recorded and uploaded to your members’ area within 24 hours. You’ll have lifetime access to all the replays, PDFs, and class notes — so you can learn at your own pace.
You’ll also still get full access to Tom and the instructor community, where you can ask questions, share progress, and get personal guidance whenever you need it.

How long do I have access to the course for?

The course is yours, you will always have access. Meaning you can come back and rewatch the lessons as many times as you want.

How will I integrate this into my classes?

The exercises will fit in just like any other exercise you add to your classes and routines. Throughout the program I will show you easy and simple ways for you to bring in these new exercises into your classes, and have your clients be excited to learn more.

How difficult is this to learn? I'm not the best learner.

I like to think I make this easy to learn and I am here to support you on your journey. We break each week down into 3 parts.

1. Monday's - Science - the theory on the aspect we are diving into.

2. Wednesdays - We will learn movement sequences based around the aspect of the pelvic floor that we learned on Monday, that focus on the release and stretching of those areas.

3. Thursdays - Now we head to the integration of that part of the pelvic floor and movement sequences to strengthening it.

Meaning each week you get time to learn and experience each topic as well ask questions to make sure you really understand.

By the end of the 6 weeks you will a new, full movement repertoire to bring to your one to one sessions and classes.

How quickly will I be able to integrate this into my classes and one to one sessions?

Right away! The program breaks down the pelvic floor into bitesize chunks that make it easy to learn and implement. By the end of the 6 weeks you should be competent in the areas and be implementing it into your classes right away.
